Payments are accepted via major credit card and PayPal.
COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Due to the high volume of orders received each week, shipping costs for multiple orders cannot be combined.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Full refunds/exchanges are honored if you are not completely satisfied with the quality, condition, and/or color of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com within 14 business days from postmark. Return shipping costs may apply.
Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.
Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball may not be returned.
Returned items must be shipped back in resale condition. A refund or exchange are not accepted if returned items appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.
Refunds are issued as soon as they are received at Knittinbro Yarns.
Multiple Orders (PLEASE READ):
Due to the high volume of orders received when there's a shop update, shipping costs for multiple orders cannot be combined.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority.
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
An email notification is sent with a tracking number, as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship.
Note: Tracking info may take 1-3 days to appear on the USPS web site. International shipments cannot be tracked after they have left the US.
Once a package is collected by the post office, delivery time is completely out of my control. If you think your package has gone missing, please notify your local post office first, and allow at least 14 days from shipment, before contacting me. Delivery is most likely delayed.
If you still haven't received your order by then, let me know and we'll work something out.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. Regarding return shipping, please refer to my return / exchange policies above.

All outgoing international packages must be marked as “merchandise”.
Customers ordering from outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of any international customs fees and/charges that may apply. Please review your post office and customs policies.

Please be aware, orders with a declaration worth over £15 delivery may be subject to a 20% VAT tax + additional Royal Mail handling fee.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the USPS, based on customer's address and the weight of their order.
